Courtney Loi (she/they) is an editor and writer who is especially interested in children’s books that spotlight LGBTQIA+, disabled, and/or BIPOC characters. She currently works as an Editorial Assistant at Penguin Workshop. She believes that all kids deserve access to all kinds of reading, and wants books to provide kids with both mirrors to see themselves and windows to understand the world around them. When she’s not working or uploading content to her children’s book TikTok, @cloverisreading, she’s listening to jazz playlists on Spotify and doodling on her to-do list.
